Getting Here & Parking
We’re at 420 N. Washington Avenue in downtown Scranton, PA 18503 — the second large stone building on the left coming from the Central Scranton Expressway.
Parking is available at the Adams Avenue Lot (425 Adams Avenue) and at the Scranton Parking Authority Garage, with entrances at 311 N. Washington Avenue, 418 Mulberry Street, and 415 Linden Street. Street meters throughout downtown are also available and are enforced until 7:00 pm on most business days.
Wait times to exit the Scranton Parking Authority Garage after events can run 45–90 minutes. Street parking or alternative garages are recommended when available.
There is no designated accessible parking on site. A drop-off area is available at the building — however, no parking is permitted there. The Scranton Parking Authority Garage is the nearest option for accessible parking.
Tickets & Box Office
The Fidelity Box Office is open Monday–Friday 10:00 am–5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am–2:00 pm. It also opens one hour before any performance for Will Call pickup.
The Box Office accepts cash, check (with two forms of ID), money orders, Scranton Cultural Center gift certificates, and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) in person and by phone.
Bring a valid photo ID and the credit card used at purchase. The Will Call window opens one hour before the performance.
There are no refunds or exchanges. Please review your tickets carefully when you receive them. Any discrepancies must be addressed immediately at the point of purchase.
Performances proceed as scheduled regardless of weather unless performers are unable to attend — the only situation in which a cancellation and refund will be issued. Service charges are non-refundable.
If you’re unable to attend a Scranton Cultural Center–presented performance, you may return tickets to the Box Office at least 48 hours before showtime for a tax-deductible donation equal to the ticket value. This does not apply to events presented by outside organizations. Call 1-888-669-8966 for details.

Attending a Show
We recommend arriving at least 45–60 minutes before showtime and being at the exterior doors for security screening at least 30–45 minutes before the performance begins.
There is generally a seating hold at the start of most performances. Latecomers will be held in the lobby and seated at the house manager’s discretion. In some cases, you may need to wait until intermission. Arriving early is strongly recommended.
No. There is no re-entry once you have passed through security and entered the building.
Wallets, wristlets, purses, and clear bags are permitted. All will be inspected by our security team. Backpacks, large bags, and strollers are not permitted.
Prohibited items include backpacks, large bags, strollers, coolers, food and beverages (including water bottles), umbrellas larger than 12 inches, cameras, recording devices, laser pens, noisemakers, weapons, and all smoking materials including e-cigarettes and vaping devices.
Cameras, audio recorders, and video recorders are prohibited at all performances. Cell phones should be silenced before entering and powered off in the seating area.
Yes. The Scranton Cultural Center is a completely smoke-free facility. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the building, including e-cigarettes and vaping devices.
All attendees must have a ticket for entry. Very young children are not encouraged at performances unless the show is specifically designated for children or families. Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Yes. Accessible seating is available at the orchestra level of the Weinberg Theatre. There is no elevator access to the mezzanine or balcony levels. Special seating needs must be communicated at the time of ticket purchase. Call 570-346-7369 or visit the Box Office in person.
Restrooms are located one level below the main lobby. Additional restrooms are available in the mezzanine lobby for guests in the balcony or mezzanine seating areas.
